The services include; 1) chief legislative legal counsel; 2) strategic communications; 3) strategic political advisory services; and, 4) state legislative communications, including lobbying. Weber Basin Water Conservancy District will be accepting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from contractors that wish to be considered for bid opportunity on the Districts painting projects at Lost Creek Dam, Causey Dam, and Gateway Penstock. The project will generally consist of lead paint and rust removal on steel piping, brackets, supports, ladders, etc. and application of new protective coating at the specified project locations. SOQs will be accepted until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019.  SOQs received after this deadline will not be considered.  SOQs shall be delivered to Weber Basin's main offices at 2837 East Highway 193 in Layton, Utah 84040.

The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District will be accepting Proposals from suppliers of hydroelectric equipment for the Causey Dam Small Hydroelectric Project.  The project will consist of supplying a complete small hydroelectric system (approximately 100 kW) at Weber Basin's existing Causey Dam Powerplant near Huntsville, Utah.  Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, September 19th, 2019.  Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.  Proposals shall be delivered to Weber Basin's main offices at 2837 East Highway 193 in Layton, Utah 84040.
