Weber Basin Water CONSERVANCY DISTRICT is accepting applications for a Water Quality Specialist/Environmental Analyst.  Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in chemistry, environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, physical sciences or engineering, with emphasis in chemistry preferred.

Prior laboratory experience in environmental analysis. Experience in water resource planning and technical writing (preferred). Three years supervisory experience and leading the QA/QC function in a laboratory environment is desired.

Must have obtained or be able to obtain a Grade IV water treatment certification from the State of Utah within 1 year of hire.

Salary Range: $27.12-$42.22/hour ($56,402-$87,814 if annualized)
