Bids for the Davis Aqueduct Accesses Project were received and opened publicly at 3:00 PM on January 23rd, 2017. Bids were submitted by four Contractors. The Contractors are listed below along with their respective bids:

3) VanCon Construction $130,700.00
4)Whitaker Construction $271,000.00
VanCon was the low bidder and has been selected to perform this work.
The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is currently accepting Bids from pre-qualified Contractors for the District's 2017 Fencing Project. Pre-Qualification of Contractors for this project was performed during the Fall/Winter of 2016 when the District advertised for Statements of Qualification from fencing Contractors. The project consists of installation of approximately 3,300 feet of chain link fencing, 3,020 feet of field fencing, and approximately 14 gates at six sites locations within the District boundaries. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 9:30 AM local time on March 16th, 2017 at the District's 18.8 Reservoir located at 1500 S. Davis Boulevard in Bountiful, Utah. Bids will be accepted at the District offices located at 2837 E. Highway 193 in Layton, UT, until 2:00 PM Mountain Time on March 23rd, 2017. A public bid opening will be held at this time. Bids for the District's Bountiful Well Pump Condition Assessment and Repair Project were received and opened publicly at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 31st, 2017. Bids were submitted by four Contractors. The Contractors are listed below along with their respective bids:

2) Nickerson Company: $36,692.00
3) Petersen Bros. Drilling Company: $53,283.80
4) Widdison Turbine Service: $52,916.00
As the low bidder, C.H. Spencer has been selected to perform this work.
The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is accepting sealed bids from contractors that wish to provide professional well services for the District's Bountiful Well. Services will include, but not be limited to, removal of the existing pump and ancillary equipment, removal of a floating layer of oil in the well casing, video recording of the well casing and perforations, brush and bail cleaning of the well (at the District's option), replacement of damaged and/or worn components, installation of a new sounder tube, reinstallation of the pump and ancillary equipment, and startup of the well.
