Seasonal Irrigation Water Operator


Weber Basin Water is seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time Temporary & Seasonal Irrigation Water Operator position.  Duties include, but not limited to, delivering water to irrigation customers, inspecting canals, pipelines, and rights-of-way, maintaining and repairing fences, mowing vegetation and locating lines, and applying herbicides and aquatic weed control.  Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to work in all types of weather. Must be responsible, able to work with others, and willing to follow directions.

Salary $11.00/hr.  Must be at least 18 years old.  All job offers are subject to the applicant passing a background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Maintenance Worker

WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT is accepting applications for a Maintenance Worker. Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with courses in industrial arts, mechanics, or general vocational education. Some knowledge and experience with common hand tools, materials and equipment used in general maintenance, construction, repair and laboring work helpful.

Starting pay: $15.49+/hr.
